Rebar fixer — Paulding County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a rebar fixer in Paulding County, Georgia. Your main tasks: • Cut rebar to length with a bar cutter or angle grinder • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Keep the rebar stacked, tagged and free of mud and loose rust • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules What we are looking for: • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules • Proven experience as a steel fixer on building or civil sites • Aware of concrete cover and tolerance requirements At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. We offer $5,100 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
