Immediate opening: we are hiring a bread and bun maker in Carter County, Missouri. You will work at a cake shop. On a typical shift you will monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe; keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; decorate cakes with icing, fondant and fresh cream. You should have: • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Food handler / hygiene certificate Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate.
