Now hiring: we are hiring an oven operator in Udung Uko, Akwa Ibom State. You will work at a busy bakery. On the job you will handle: • Score the top of loaves before baking • Laminate puff and croissant dough by folding in the butter • Shape loaves, rolls, baguettes and buns by hand • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Check finished products for colour, crumb and weight What we are looking for: • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
