Great opportunity: room service attendant (Arkansas)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a room service attendant in Grant County, Arkansas. Day-to-day duties: • Check back during the meal and handle special requests • Upsell starters, desserts and beverages • Punch orders through to the kitchen as a KOT (kitchen order ticket) • Handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager • Restock side stations with sauces, condiments and napkins • Take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad What we are looking for: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Familiarity with POS billing and order-taking systems • Smart, well-groomed appearance and a clean uniform Performance bonus on top of base pay.
