Maintenance painter wanted in Christian County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a maintenance painter in Christian County, Missouri. Day-to-day duties: • Prep and prime metal, treating rust with red-oxide primer • Clean brushes, rollers and spray kit with thinners after each job • Mask off windows, skirting and fittings with tape and sheeting • Sand and fill walls before applying primer • Mix and tint paint to match colour swatches • Work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers Requirements: • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately • Comfortable working at height on ladders and scaffolding • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec Performance bonus on top of base pay.
