Immediate opening: we are hiring a butcher in Yuba County, California. On a typical shift you will weigh, price and label cuts for the display case; keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled; run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone; portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights. You should have: • Able to identify primal cuts of beef, mutton and poultry • Quick and accurate on the weighing scales and order maths 1+ years on the tools preferred. $120 per day, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
