Rigging foreman • Essex County, New Jersey

We are recruiting: we are hiring a rigging foreman in Essex County, New Jersey. You will be based at a power plant. On a typical shift you will direct the crane operator with standard hand signals and radio; read lift plans and method statements before starting; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; select the correct slings, shackles and chains for each load's weight; set up spreader bars and lifting beams for long or awkward loads. You should have: • Ability to read lift plans and rigging diagrams • Sound knowledge of working load limits and sling angles • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Pay around $29 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Six days a week, one day off. Share your details and we will call you back.
