Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Carmarthenshire, Wales. You will work at an automotive components factory. Day-to-day duties: • Degrease and clean metal parts before coating • Hang components on jigs and conveyor hooks for even coverage • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse You should have: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting At least 5 year(s) in a similar role.
