Commis chef wanted in Barbour County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a commis chef in Barbour County, Alabama. You will work at a fast-food outlet. What we are looking for: • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; prepare the mise en place before each service. At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. Rotating shifts. We offer $5,000 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
