Catering cook • Conecuh County, Alabama

Immediate opening: we are hiring a catering cook in Conecuh County, Alabama. The role involves prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. You should have: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate 4+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
