We are recruiting: we are hiring a wood machinist in West Berkshire, England. The job is on a busy construction site. You should have: • Good eye for detail and a clean finish • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Day-to-day duties: • Read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists • Measure and mark out timber using a tape, square and marking gauge • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level • Erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. £3,150 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
