The role involves seal gaps around windows, doors and service penetrations with sealant; work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness; install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations; spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness. You should have: • Proven experience in thermal insulation and waterproofing • Own basic hand tools such as a utility knife and trowel • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles 1+ years on the tools preferred.
