Join our team: we are hiring an auto body repairer in Crawford County, Indiana. You will work at a paint and panel shop. The role involves MIG-weld and spot-weld new panels into place; mask off glass, rubbers and trim before painting; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; treat rust, apply seam sealer and underbody protection; feather-edge old paint and prime bare metal before respray. Ideal candidate: • Confident reading insurance estimates and damage reports • 2+ years' experience as a panel beater or in a body shop • Skilled in MIG welding and panel replacement Pay around $31 per hour, based on your experience.
