AC and fridge repair technician wanted in Crawford County

Now hiring: we are hiring an AC and fridge repair technician in Crawford County, Iowa. You will be based in a commercial cold storage facility. Day-to-day duties: • Check oil level and top up or change the compressor oil • Replace compressors, filter driers and expansion valves • Trace leaks with an electronic detector and soap solution • Measure the compressor motor's amperage draw with a clamp meter • Install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets • Fault-find control boards and defrost timers What we are looking for: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • 2+ years hands-on experience in refrigeration and AC • Valid driving licence for field call-outs Part-time with flexible hours. $5,500 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
