Immediate opening: we are hiring a conventional mill operator in Jewell County, Kansas. The job is at an automotive components factory. The role involves measure features with vernier callipers, micrometers and bore gauges; carry out daily lubrication and routine machine maintenance; keep in-process inspection records and log production counts; run first-off parts and check dimensions before batch production; deburr and finish machined edges with files and emery; set spindle speeds and feed rates to suit the material and cutter. You should have: • Able to grind and set HSS cutters • Able to read engineering drawings and interpret GD&T Full-time, day shift. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow.
