Canteen cook — Scotland County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a canteen cook in Scotland County, Missouri. You will work at a roadside dhaba. What we are looking for: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • Strong knife skills and speed on the line On the job you will handle: • Plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service • Check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks At least 2 year(s) in a similar role.
