Your main tasks: • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish Requirements: • Keen attention to detail and a steady hand • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods • Comfortable working in a spray booth with full PPE Full-time with occasional weekends.
