Banquet server wanted in Catron County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a banquet server in Catron County, New Mexico. The job is at a rooftop bar and grill. Day-to-day duties: • Pour water, wine and soft drinks and serve from the guest's left • Polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place • Raise the bill on the POS and settle cash and card payments • Lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery Requirements: • Prior experience as a waiter in a restaurant or hotel • Basic food hygiene and FSSAI awareness • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Part-time with flexible hours.
