Join our team: we are hiring a foundry worker in Sabon Birni, Sokoto State. You will work in a non-ferrous casting shop. What we are looking for: • Understanding of safe slinging and crane-ladle signalling • Willing to wear full PPE such as heat-resistant apron, spats and visor You will tap the furnace and transfer the metal to the ladle; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; apply mould coatings and dress the mould cavity; inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects. 2+ years on the tools preferred. ₦135,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
