Commis chef wanted in Choctaw County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a commis chef in Choctaw County, Alabama. On a typical shift you will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; chop, dice and portion vegetables, fish and meat; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 1+ years on the tools preferred. Rotating shifts. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
