Aluminium TIG welder — Crenshaw County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an aluminium TIG welder in Crenshaw County, Alabama. You will work in a stainless steel kitchen-equipment unit. Day to day you will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; clean joints with acetone and a dedicated stainless wire brush; weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through; tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run; inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut. You should have: • Steady hand and good hand-eye coordination • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • Sound knowledge of argon gas settings and tungsten selection 6+ years on the tools preferred.
