Immediate opening: we are hiring a tile setter in Guilford County, North Carolina. You will be based on a new-build housing development. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Able to read setting-out drawings and tile layouts • Own a basic set of tiling tools (trowels, spacers, levels) On the job you will handle: • Cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter • Check the falls to floor wastes so the water drains away • Fit skirting tiles, step nosings and external corner trims • Make curved cuts and holes with an angle grinder and tile drill bits At least 6 year(s) in a similar role.
