Roofing foreman • Teller County, Colorado

Immediate opening: we are hiring a roofing foreman in Teller County, Colorado. What we are looking for: • Strong enough to lift tile packs and felt rolls all day • Confident working at height on ladders and scaffolds • Knowledge of both pitched and flat roofing systems Your main tasks: • Strip old shingles and felt back down to the deck • Hang box gutters and downpipes for rainwater • Erect and dismantle roof edge protection and scaffolding • Lay underlayment and tar paper before tiling • Set out battens to the correct gauge and spacing Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough. Full-time with occasional weekends. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
