You should have: • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage • 2+ years on RCC and concreting works • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds On a typical shift you will lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; cut control and expansion joints at the correct spacing; load, hoist and barrow concrete to the upper floors; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days.
