Natural stone fabricator — Carroll County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a natural stone fabricator in Carroll County, Maryland. The job is on a residential building site. What we are looking for: • Good eye for joints, levels and overall finish • Knowledge of epoxy resin filling and colour matching • Own hand tools an advantage On the job you will handle: • Work from cutting lists and installation drawings • Level and align slabs so joints stay tight and surfaces sit flat • Cut out sink and hob openings in worktops on site • Restore old marble by honing, crystallising and buffing back to finish • Polish stone surfaces to a high gloss using diamond pads and polishing compound • Shape edges, bullnoses and bevels with an angle grinder and profiling wheels Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
