CO2 welder wanted in Day County

Now hiring: we are hiring a CO2 welder in Day County, South Dakota. The job is at a busy production line. The role involves bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; control distortion with a balanced welding sequence; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing; grind back and re-weld any defective runs; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions. What we are looking for: • Able to pass a 3G/4G plate test • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Willing to work shifts and overtime 4+ years on the tools preferred. We offer $26 per hour plus benefits. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
