Ideal candidate: • Sharp eye for safety and hazard awareness • Able to inspect and reject defective lifting gear Your main tasks: • Take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings • Carry out daily checks on cranes, hoists and lifting tackle • Establish exclusion zones and keep workers clear of the lift area • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
