Urgent requirement: sand plant operator (Virginia)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a sand plant operator in Charlotte County, Virginia. You should have: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry On a typical shift you will inspect castings for cold shuts, blowholes and shrinkage defects; check melt temperature with a pyrometer before pouring; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; pour molten metal into the moulds using hand or crane ladles. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. Part-time with flexible hours. Meals and transport allowance provided. Contact us to fix an interview.
