We are recruiting: we are hiring a furniture maker in Oyo East, Oyo State. You will work at a shopfitting company. You will build and erect roof trusses, rafters and stud partitions; check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level; plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish; erect formwork and shuttering for concrete pours. You should have: • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
