Metal caster — Roger Mills County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a metal caster in Roger Mills County, Oklahoma. The job is at an aluminium die-casting plant. Ideal candidate: • Basic grinding and fettling skills • Experience working in a ferrous or non-ferrous foundry On the job you will handle: • Maintain crucibles, ladles and furnace linings • Prepare green-sand moulds and ram the sand into the moulding boxes • Cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch • Carry out shakeout and knock the castings out of the sand • Shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale • Operate the sand muller and the reclamation plant 6+ years on the tools preferred.
