Hand presser wanted in Eaton County

Now hiring: we are hiring a hand presser in Eaton County, Michigan. Day to day you will clean and descale the iron soleplate and steam vents; press open seams, darts and pleats during stitching; set the iron temperature to suit cotton, silk, wool and synthetic fabrics; check every piece for scorch marks, shine and water spots. You should have: • Able to operate a steam press, vacuum table and fusing machine • Physically fit to lift bundles and handle repetitive work • Aware of steam iron safety and basic machine upkeep Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
