Powder coating line operator wanted in Hayes County

Join our team: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Hayes County, Nebraska. You will work in a metal finishing workshop. The role involves: • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Keep parts properly earthed so the powder transfers well • Reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Able to operate electrostatic spray guns and curing ovens • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Walk-in interviews this week.
