Tandoor cook — Estill County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a tandoor cook in Estill County, Kentucky. Day to day you will follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in; check fryer oil and change it when it breaks down; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces. Requirements: • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough.
