Join our team: we are hiring a fabricator-welder in City and County of San Francisco, California. On a typical shift you will set the shielding-gas flow on the CO2/argon-mix regulator; set the wire feed speed and voltage to suit the plate thickness; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; grind back and re-weld any defective runs. You should have: • Steady hand and good eyesight for tight tolerances • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
