MIG/MAG welder wanted in Fayette County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a MIG/MAG welder in Fayette County, Indiana. You will be based at an automobile body shop. You should have: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to read weld symbols and fabrication drawings • Able to grind, fit-up and tack independently The role involves lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints; bevel and grind the joint edges clean before welding; clear spatter and slag, then wire-brush the finished bead; weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions; check welds for porosity, undercut and lack of penetration; tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing.
