Now hiring: we are hiring a cement mason in McPherson County, Nebraska. What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of concrete grades, slump and curing periods • Physically fit for heavy lifting and long hours on your feet You will compact fresh concrete with immersion poker vibrators to clear honeycombing; discharge and place concrete from transit mixers and pumps into the forms; patch honeycombs and tie-rod holes with non-shrink grout; float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; screed and level slabs to the marked dead level and falls; give broom or steel-trowel finishes as specified.
