Bakery assistant • Clallam County, Washington

We are recruiting: we are hiring a bakery assistant in Clallam County, Washington. Ideal candidate: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Knowledge of dough fermentation and proving • 2+ years' experience as a baker You will keep work surfaces and equipment clean to food-safety standards; boil sugar syrup for glazes and icing; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; roll out short-crust and biscuit dough; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe. Six days a week, one day off. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
