Sewing machine operator wanted in Woodbury County

Join our team: we are hiring a sewing machine operator in Woodbury County, Iowa. You will work at a knitwear stitching unit. You should have: • 2+ years on industrial sewing machines in a garment factory • Hands-on with single needle, overlock and flatlock machines • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently On a typical shift you will thread the machine, wind bobbins and balance top and bottom tension; match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching; press open seams or use a folder/binder attachment for bound edges; keep an even stitch density (SPI) and a straight, consistent seam line; attach collars, cuffs, plackets, pockets and waistbands as per the spec sheet; operate single-needle lockstitch, overlock and flatlock machines on a production line. Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough. We offer $4,400 per month plus benefits. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Six days a week, one day off.
