Scullery hand wanted in Brazoria County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a scullery hand in Brazoria County, Texas. On a typical shift you will empty bins, take out the rubbish and break down cardboard; scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies; hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method; clean, drain and descale the dish machine at the end of each shift; keep the dish pit tidy, dry and slip-free throughout service; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures. Ideal candidate: • Able to stand on your feet for long shifts • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Walk-in interviews this week.
