Great opportunity: we are hiring an external wall insulation fitter in York County, Virginia. Day-to-day duties: • Spray polyurethane foam onto walls and roof decks to the specified thickness • Apply liquid waterproofing to bathrooms and terraces before tiling • Torch-on bituminous waterproofing membrane to flat roofs, basements and foundations • Fix XPS and EPS boards to external walls with adhesive and mechanical anchors • Install fire-stopping and fire-rated insulation around penetrations • Work to drawings, hitting the specified U-values and insulation thickness You should have: • Good knowledge of rockwool, XPS, EPS and PU foam • Disciplined about PPE — respirator, gloves and goggles At least 4 year(s) in a similar role.
