Refrigeration and AC mechanic — Allegan County

Join our team: we are hiring a refrigeration and AC mechanic in Allegan County, Michigan. You will be based on a customer's rooftop chiller plant. Day to day you will read suction and discharge pressures on the manifold gauges; service split AC units and VRF systems; pull a vacuum on the system and check for trapped moisture; fault-find control boards and defrost timers; wire up thermostats, contactors and overload relays; install and commission cold rooms, walk-in freezers and display cabinets. What we are looking for: • Able to read wiring diagrams and pressure-temperature charts • Physically fit to lift compressors and carry ladders • Valid driving licence for field call-outs 1+ years on the tools preferred.
