Fitter on the line wanted in Jackson County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a fitter on the line in Jackson County, Indiana. You will be based at a consumer goods manufacturing unit. What we are looking for: • Careful handling of tools and components • Comfortable meeting hourly production targets • Good hand-eye coordination and steady fingers for small parts The role involves: • Clean down the workstation and keep it to 5S standard • Apply labels, barcodes and serial stickers in the right position • Snap-fit plastic housings and clip in the wiring harnesses • Report jams or tool faults to the line leader straight away • Tighten fasteners to the specified torque using a power screwdriver or torque wrench Six days a week, one day off.
