Powder coater — Knox County

Great opportunity: we are hiring a powder coater in Knox County, Nebraska. Your main tasks: • Record batch numbers, oven temperatures and coating thickness • Mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape • Apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun • Run colour changeovers and clean the booth between batches • Top up and monitor pre-treatment chemical bath concentrations • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat What we are looking for: • Knowledge of pre-treatment and phosphating process • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Comfortable working in a masked, ventilated booth At least 4 year(s) in a similar role. Pay around $190 per day, based on your experience. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time with occasional weekends. Contact us to fix an interview.
