Now hiring: we are hiring a catering cook in Jefferson County, New York. You will knead dough and bake breads such as roti, naan and paratha; cook dishes to order on the grill, fry and sauté stations; plate and garnish dishes for a quick pass to service; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Familiar with North Indian, tandoor and continental cooking • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate • Sound knowledge of HACCP and food safety standards At least 2 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
