Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Able to use a band saw, grinder and sausage filler On the job you will handle: • Debone shoulders, legs and loins with a boning knife • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Season and marinate meat on request • Portion steaks, chops and cutlets to the ordered weights 2+ years on the tools preferred.
