Ideal candidate: • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day • Clean, presentable and friendly at the counter On the job you will handle: • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Trim fat, sinew and silver skin off the cuts • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking • Weigh, price and label cuts for the display case • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
