Shuttering carpenter — Calumet County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Calumet County, Wisconsin. You will be based on a residential housebuilding project. Your main tasks: • Finish surfaces with varnish, wax, lacquer or wood stain • Apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board • Install skirting boards, architraves and dado rails • Hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles • Plane and sand timber to a smooth, square finish • Check work for level, plumb and square with a spirit level What we are looking for: • At least 2 years' hands-on carpentry experience • NVQ Level 2/3 in Carpentry and Joinery or equivalent • Confident with hand and power tools such as saws, routers and planers Full-time with occasional weekends.
