Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Yell County, Arkansas. What we are looking for: • Follows site safety, PPE and edge-protection rules • 2+ years on RCC and formwork on building or infrastructure sites The role involves: • Fix soldiers, walers and tie rods to resist the concrete pressure • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Check alignment with spirit level, plumb bob and string line • De-nail, clean and stack the panels for reuse • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Repair damaged plywood and timber shutters Six days a week, one day off. $3,600 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
