Dishwashing attendant • Olamaboro, Kogi State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a dishwashing attendant in Olamaboro, Kogi State. You will work at a busy restaurant kitchen. Day-to-day duties: • Clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls • Polish glasses and cutlery and stack them ready at the pass • Mop the floors and wipe down kitchen surfaces and splashbacks • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Wash chopping boards, knives and kitchen utensils What we are looking for: • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts Overtime paid at a premium rate. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
