Urgent requirement: hydraulic crane operator (Michigan)

Now hiring: we are hiring a hydraulic crane operator in Iron County, Michigan. The job is on a bridge and infrastructure project. What we are looking for: • Strong attention to safety and load limits • Good depth perception and hand-eye coordination • Valid crane operator licence or certificate (CPCS, NPORS or local equivalent) Day-to-day duties: • Rig and sling loads using slings, shackles and spreader beams • Watch the load moment indicator (LMI) and stay within rated capacity • Set up the outriggers and level the crane on firm ground • Work out the load weight and the lifting radius • Climb and inspect the tower crane mast and tie-ins • Keep every lift within the safe working load (SWL) At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. Six days a week, one day off. Walk-in interviews this week.
